Heritage Palms

Heritage Palms is an active, over-55, gated, golf course community of 1004 single family, one- story homes. It is located on both sides of Fred Waring Drive east of Jefferson Street in Indio, California with an estimated population of 1,800. The community is centered around an 18-hole, Arthur Hills designed golf course covering some 170 acres. The golf course includes an adjacent driving range, as well as chipping, sand trap, and putting areas. Heritage Palms also includes a 32,000 square foot clubhouse complex with food and beverage service, meeting rooms, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, four
lighted tennis courts, two bocce ball courts, library, card rooms, pool room, gatehouses, and private streets. The food and beverage services at Heritage Palms are operated as a service to all homeowners in a grille room with bar, as well as in a ballroom. The facilities are also rented for outside banquet or meeting events when scheduling permits.
